Can i bring my dog to the Park?
No, sorry dogs are not allowed into the Park. For bio-security reasons and the nature of our animal collections dogs are not allowed in the park. However they are allowed in the courtyard providing they are kept on a lead and supervised at all times. Under NO circumstances should dogs be left in cars in hot weather.
What's the opening times?
Park, Coffee Shop and Retail all open at 10am . Retail closes at 5pm, Park and Coffee shop 4:30pm.
Is the parking free?

Are there any discounts for group booking?
What time is the last entry to the park?
Are guided tours included?
Yes, all tours and demonstrations are included in the Park entrance fee with the exception of tractor trailer rides which are an extra £3.50 per head running in July and August only.
Are there any concessions for Carers?
Is the park suitable for wheelchairs/motorised chairs?
Can I bring a group without booking?
Yes you can usually accommodate large groups, however we do advise it is best to book in advance. It is not possible to give your group a tour without booking, please call in advance
Where do we meet for daily events?
At the Ranger Meeting point at the refreshment kiosk. Times of all events will be on boards at that location. Be sure to check them when you first arrive.
Are there any catering facilities?
Yes, we have a coffee shop serving home made soups, scones and sandwiches plus a range of hot food and drinks. During busy periods we also open a refreshment kiosk in the Park along with The Crepe Shack, Bob The Smoker Train and an ice cream trailer.
Are there picnic facilities?
Yes, we have a picnic area at the rear of the coffee shop and in the bird of prey arena, plus there are some tables in the indoor barn, down at Adventure Playground and at Bob The Smoker Train.
Are there toilets available?
WHAT IS EACH TICKET CATEGORY?
Under 3’s go free. Child ticket ages are 3-16. Adult ticket is 17+. Concession ticket is someone 60 or above or a student with vaild ID or an individual with a registered disability.
How long does it take to walk round the park?
On average it can take 45 mins, however with so many things to see and do it may fill your day!
