After animal contact and before eating or leaving the premises you must thoroughly wash your hands. Hand washing facilities are located at the park entrance and hand sanitizes can be found throughout the park. Please note hand sanitizer is not a substitute for hand washing with soap and hot water.
For your own safety please do not feed the Stags with antlers. We recommend feeding with a flat hand. You will find our main feeding area located on the main raceway.
Our play areas and go-karts are unmanned. Please ensure your children are supervised at all times. if you require first aid, please ask at the ticket office or any member of staff to contact the duty first aider. In case of emergency please follow staff instructions and assemble in the car park.
Most areas can be accessed by wheelchairs and prams excluding our Treetop walk.
Please check with staff regarding ground conditions. We are happy to loan wheelchairs from the ticket office.
Assistance dogs are welcome but may be excluded from certain areas where they may cause distress to our animals. Please ask at ticket office for more details.
During our falconry display you will have the chance to expertise birds of prey at close quarters, Please stay seated at all times and await instruction from the falconer.
Some areas of the park may close in certain weather conditions such as high winds or unforeseen circumstances.
Please beware of tractors and other utility vehicles using footpaths.
For your own safety standoff fences are provided at some of our enclosures. These are designed to stop our larger animals getting too close. Please do not enter these areas.
