Our staff and animals are looking forward to welcoming visitors once again…it’s been too long, we miss you!
It will be a different type of experience this year due to Covid Guidelines therefore we ask everyone to adhere to Social Distancing.
We are also imposing strict capacity limits so encourage everyone to book online where possible and when visiting ask you to use contactless payments where possible.
We have also introduced a range of new health and safety measures that seek to reduce the risks associated with the presence of COVID-19 that are in line with government advice and the the requirements of local health authorities. These measures are designed to reduce the gathering of large numbers of people and as restrictions are eased we will reintroduce more experiences which allow us to return to our shows, tours and feeding times.
Some of the measures set out below may be clearly visible to you from the moment you arrive. Other measures require your consideration to help ensure everyone has a great day out.
Prior to your arrival:
Please make sure you have made your booking online.
Before leaving home, please check our Facebook page or website for the latest information.
We politely request that you refrain from visiting should you start displaying any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19.
Please contact hello@deercentre.com should you wish to amend your booking.
As with our employees, we politely request that all our visitors uphold the highest possible hygiene standards – whether it be when sneezing or coughing, through regular hand washing or the frequent application of hand sanitiser.
Whilst here visit our newly built Scottish Wildcat enclosure and check our catering outlets out in the Park and Courtyard.
We’ve also got new animals, come and see our beautiful Highland Cows Morag, Isla, Rosie and Madge.
Wolves will also be returning soon!
Our new Bird of Prey Centre is currently under construction…all part of our ambitious redevelopment plans and we’ll be adding more new ideas and concepts throughout the year.
We look forward to welcome new and returning visitors on the 28th!
